As the MSN Gang general Oritse Femi gears towards his 6th studio album release in weeks time, the title to the album continue to receive mixed pre-review from music critics and fans alike, especially on why he choose to name the album "Corporate Miscreant".
The musical taliban number one couldn't afford to give deaf ear to the misconception from the critics as he turned to his recent interview to explain his reason behind choosing the name.
According to him, the title to the album was influenced by the situation in the country. With everyone only focused towards making money and thus refuses to abide to the norms of the societies, the album is subjected to highlight those errors/evil and condemns it.
"Corporate Miscreant means an abuse of responsibility. The society is scary with lots of ungodly acts! Nobody is responsible for anything any more. No one protects children. People don’t respect marriage any more. There is abuse everywhere. We don’t have great role models again. Everybody runs after money. These are signs of evil. However, as an artiste, I have to sing about it. I need to let the world know what is going on in our society. We need to curb this."
Speaking on how long it took him to completely record the album, the Yoruba indigenous singer said; "I have been working hard on this project since last year. I’ve had ups and downs on the project. But we have fortified ourselves. We didn’t allow challenges to weigh us down. This is the right time to kick off."
Oritse Femi have successfully released five album with the latest one titled "Money Stop Nonsense (MSN)". Others are "Elewon", "Wicked World", "Unfadeable", and "Musical Taliban".
